We typically pursue off-market deals directly from owners and brokers, foreclosures, and auctioned properties. We look for strong intrinsic value and below-market pricing from deferred maintenance or poor operations. Once we identify a property, we are able to move quickly to closing, efficiently improve or develop it, and then with a keen eye for beauty and value, bring it to market.
